The history of production of stoves in northern Bohemia and probably throughout Czechoslovakia starts in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. At that time the current shareholders of the company ABX Ltd. Rumburk, even as employees of the company of the local economy Rukov Rumburk, developed and implemented the production of heating equipment e.g. Dakon Boilers, direct heating and electroaccumulating boilers, radiator elements and other products.
In 1987, the current CEO Jaroslav Vomela started with his collaborators the development and production of the first stoves in the establishment Rukov-Jiřetín pod Jedlovou. Through years of experience in heating production we managed to control the production of stoves very soon.
The current partners ABX agreed to start their own businesses without foreign equity participation after the privatization of the company Rukov Rumburk in 1992. The production was launched with twenty employees and annual production of four types of stoves, with total volume of about 300 pieces.
Originally, stoves were not known on the Czech market and the first products were delivered to foreign countries. Stoves have found a place on the Czech market only over time and today the domestic sales represent about one third of total company sales.
